Does this fit a 3/4" shower head?

I have not measured the diameter of my shower head. But I think this can fit to common one just like mine.

Has anyone used a filtering shower head with this filter too? Is it necessary for London hard water?

Well I have it in Manchester and it seems to work well I felt a bit of a difference when using it

How do you know when to change the cartridge?

The replaceable cartridge actively filters and is best performing up to 10,000 gallons of water, which is enough showers for the standard family home for at least 6 months.

Does this comem with additional catridges?

Mine had just this, washers and plumbers tape. Did not leak so did not need the tape :) I believe I have seen the filter materials available seperately on Amazon, this means you can change the filtration to suit your needs. Mine has really reduced the water pressure so I may change to a larger gauge filtrate to increase it in the future.
