Does the pan handle get too hot?

I've never used my Tramontina Grano frying pan on an open fire or fire pit, yet on an electric hob I have had no problems with a hot handle that is, err, too hot to handle. If using a gas hob, chose the correct ring size for the circumference of your pan. Lastly, good quality oven gloves are a must if placing your pan in the oven. Hope this helps.

what is the difference between grano and gourmet? I have tried searching but don't understand the differences.
