They work quickly to relieve pressure, headaches, and nasal congestion, and I love that they don’t make me feel groggy or sluggish.Within about 20–30 minutes, I can feel the pressure easing and my head starting to clear. The fact that it contains acetaminophen means it also takes care of the pain along with the congestion. So happy I was able to find this on Amazon after going to three stores. After several weeks of having a clogged ear, I went to the ENT who found that I have fluid stuck behind my ear drum. He suggested that I first try this version of Sudafed along with Flonase. I could not find this Sudafed anywhere I went. They only had the kind that also contains acetaminophen which I had no need for as I had no fever or pain. I happy to report that it is working!!! I can finally hear again! And thanks to Amazon, I didn't have to drive all over the place looking for this!

This item actually did not work for me...and there is no return policy through Amazon...however, I gave this product 5 stars because I contacted the manufacturer from Amazon's info on them, and they are sending me a refund check for this product. They asked for all the product info, like lot number and exp date, also why I was taking it etc...so it is possible to be refunded for this product if it just doesn't work for you or causes you any reactions. I call that great customer service!
