Greatest product available aligned with best company service in business
Okay, I will start out by saying I am a U.S Service-member with over twenty years of Honorable service. With that being said I’ve done multiple tours to almost every desert in the Middle East, tours in tropical environments, tours in some pretty secluded off grid undisclosed locations. I only put this out there because I’ve had the pleasure of being a Jackery customer for years and years and the Jackery 240 portable power station, , the Jackery Solar Saga 60w tri-fold panels, and the small Jackery portable chargers were compact and lightweight enough to fit into my pack with ease and leave me room for the other essentials. Imagine being in the middle of nowhere and have a weeks worth of power at your fingertips for recharges, lights, portable fans, small burner for coffee and cooking. Then being able to say it never failed you, always recharged quickly, and has been through the worlds harshest conditions and environments, yet functions like the day you pulled it out of the box. So this began my Jackery passion. Which led me to purchase the Jackery 500. Everything I’ve said above applies to the 500 ten fold folks. Being Military my pay isn’t great so I’ve had to accumulate these items over the course of years, however never have I had to justify spending the money to my wife, as long as I said the word Jackery. Because she’s used the items as well here at home guard. My son plays Football and daughter plays soccer in the Nevada desert just miles away from where the annual Burning Man event is held. Hot dry desert climate, no trees for shade, just direct unrelenting heat. This genius woman, the love of my life used our Jackery Portable power stations to run dual fans, and a small refrigerated trucker cooler during daytime practices in a pop up sunshade tent, all neatly placed in one of those little soccer mom wheeled totes, and a folding low loveseat chair. Talk about super mom, with lots of friends who also wanted to stay cool. Then when night fell and the kids weren’t finished with practice, my lovely wife handed over the Jackery 500 to the coaches who then plugged LED lights into it and lit up the field for the kids giving us an extra hour or two to practice without the heat. This convinced her to give me permission to buy the SolarSaga 100w panels. Money was tight but she gave me the go ahead and we’ve never looked back and haven’t got an ounce of regret or buyers remorse for a single product. But this review is neither for the the Jackery 240, the Jackery 500, the SolarSaga 100w or 60w panels. It’s not even for the Jackery portable chargers. This review is to let you know, the day the Jackery 1000w Portable Power Station became available we did not hesitate for a second to buy it. With the stories we heard from friends about California and Washington power outages, the Covid-19 Pandemic, and any one of the many RV trips we take into Gods country to get away from it all for a few weeks, we both agreed this was the best thing for our family. Why use heavy loud generators, carry fuel, deal with all that monotonous nonsense, when you could literally live off the Jackery Families products. I say Family because over the years I’ve had multiple email contacts and numerous phone calls with them, and every interaction was amazing. Courteous, professional, and the products are literally second to none. The Jackery 1000 is my newest addition and there’s nothing I can say about it that the 240 or 500 don’t already represent. Twice the power, twice the life, multiple solar panel options, can recharge through car, wall, or good ol sunshine. I could get technical and go down the path as some of these reviewers do, but you anyone can read the box. I can sum everything the box says by just telling you that these products, put out by this amazing company, can enhance anyone’s life, save somebodies life, and will probably last your the rest of yours. It’s a no brainer for us. I’ve purchased every product so far with a smile knowing its perfect and the people handing it to me care enough to treat you as if you were family.

Piece of Mind; Quality Product; Excellent Company
This is my second Jackery power station. I now own the 240 and the 1000. Have had the 240 for over ayear now and used it many, many times on camping trips and in one power outage last month. Never an issue.Received Jackery Explorer 1000 with 35%; took 6 1/2 hours to fully charge to 100%. I purchased the Jackery 110 watt solar panels (2) to charge if power is lost. Makes sense to have 2 panels to charge faster. The parallel cable for 2 solar panels into power station is included with Explorer 1000, so no extra purchase. Ready to go. I hate having to search out and buy one more item and hoping it works. We are near one of the many fires in California and the possibility of (1) losing power and (2) having to evacuate is high. We are on Evacuation Alert now. Having portable power is piece of mind. The Explorer 1000 has more outlets than our 240; many more options. Before purchasing, I watched many video reviews and comparisons, and overall they were positive. The only con was the time to recharge, but that was not a deal breaker for me. I wanted a quality product with proven capability and a company like Jackery with excellent customer service. The Jackery power stations have the best lcd screen to see how much wattage is used and how much coming in. Also, no idiot lights on the panel, you see the percentage of power available. So easy to use. I am moderately tech savvy, but I would say that this is perfect for the technologically impaired, like my spouse.I strongly suggest you register your products with Jackery and get another 12 months of warranty.

Great Solar Generator for fun times and emergencies.
Living in Northern California, it has always been a necessity to be prepared for Earthquakes. The pandemic really lit a fire for me to be properly prepared. Now that fire season is a thing, the possibility of losing power looms even more, with Pg&E periodically cutting power to mitigate wild fire risk.In addition to all of that, our family loves camping. While I can roll low tech, minimalist, having a family, I've definitely upped our comfort camping game. I had been eyeballing solar generators and panels for some time.I've used Jackery portable battery pack/cell phone chargers for years. My Giant+ from 2016 is still going strong with fairly regular use. Working in films with props, we need devices charged, the Jackery Bars never let us down. I'm a fan. I was stoked to discover that Jackery was selling solar generators and panels. it sealed the deal when I discovered that it supported pass-through charging. To be honest, I've had the Explorer 1000 with 2 x Solar Saga 100 panels for nearly a year and haven't had the need to use I extensively. From what I can gather, it works great. With two panels, it charged in about 8 hours with direct sun and panel manipulation. Panel placement is very important, Generally, I chase the sun.My big test that I ran was running my refrigerator. I have a south facing lawn and placed my panels flat, bungeed to my deck guard rail. This was June, so the sun was high in the sky. I ran a 14 gauge extension cord to my Frigidaire 18 cu ft fridge (don't by anything by Frigidaire...terrible products, they clearly don't care what they put out . I digress...) I ran the refrigerator with no problems and no end in sight for 3 days.I took it car camping and all my friends were very happy be able to charge their devices. I had purchased an Igloo thermoelectric cooler. This is not the right cooler for camping like this (This cooler works great going from the car to a hotel room). We had hot days. Thermoelectric cooler ran ALL of the time. It barely kept my items cold and ran the solar generator could not keep up. This was not the fault of my Jackery. This cooler is the wrong design for this application. As I said above, it ran my refrigerator. If you want to buy one of these and use it for camping, you'll have to invest in a cooler with a compressor driven refrigeration unit. With one of these and moderate sun, I have no doubt the Explorer 1000 with two panels would run indefinitely. In summery, I'm very happy to have this. It offers peace of mind. If you're getting one, get the biggest one you can afford. The Jackery 1500 wasn't available when I bought this, but if I had to do it again, I would consider the upgrade. With that said, I have zero complaints regarding the 1000, it's just that more it better....
