No. Look for the 28 count. This one does come with a handle.

Absolutely unscented? The ones in the store have a scent!

These are NOT UNSCENTED! Even though I ordered the UNSCENTED variety, I received the STINKY SCENTED ones!

You can use them multiple times but I would not reuse them on any electronic surface like a television more than one time. If heavy dust I would not reuse them. But if you were using them of smaller areas throughout the day or later it shouldn't be a problem just do not use them on a TV screen, computer screen Etc. after being used. I always clean my TV screens first before touching any other surfaces as to not scratch them. But yes I dust and then keep them then use them again where it wouldn't matter if I reuse them there.
