Very effective
Fabulous product. Eats up stains without soaking everything. Really impressive. Bought it to clean rug (which I haven’t done yet), but used it in tea stains in sofa. Applied overnight, not a stain to be seen by morning and the sofa had dried also! Very impressed.

Got out hearth rug nice and clean
We have an off-white hearth rug that was looking a bit grubby generally as well as having a few stains in it. This was easy to use and hoover out. The rug is looking bright and fresh again. A few stubborn patches around the edge where the grime was more trodden in took two applications. There is still perhaps some trace of it there, but unless you knew to look for it you wouldn't notice it. A much more cost effective way to spruce up a small carpet than hiring a Rug Doctor!

Really good quality get rid of the stains and does what it supposed to do. Would definitely recommend and would definitely buy again. Vanish is one of the top ones out there very reasonable price with delivery.

Don't waste your time or money!!!
After just the first time using this product the top snapped and wedged inside the side of the cap meaning foam contained to spray everywhere at an alarming rate. BE WARNED.... You cannot control the speed of this foam and it's all or nothing.Being wedged in the back of a small car the foam contained to spray like a snow machine at xmas, covering the back seats, roof, windows and myself (it bounces off every surface)... I couldn't even get it to stop until I took the top off. At this point I realised the trigger piece had snapped, making this product useless as it relies on the trigger to be connected to the top in order to work.For what was sprayed, it seemed to work although everything was completely covered. It also turns to a sticky paste on your hands which takes ages to wash off.As for a one time use can....(Only used about 10%) A complete waste of money....Be warned.......As for a refund, not offered (or just directs me to the Vanish website to buy more products).....Not a good experience and wont be buying any more vanish sprays...(Just a shame I didn't take a picture of the car as you would have to see it to believe it).Edit. A replacement was sent out free of charge which worked as planned. Upgraded to 3 star from 1. Nice large can.

1.Before use, shake the can well to ensure the foam is evenly mixed. 2.For best results, vacuum the upholstery or carpet thoroughly to remove loose dirt, dust, and debris. This will allow the cleaner to work more effectively.

However if the paint ink is water based then I personally would dampen the area with water overnight and see how much you can gently scrape off in morning and then use the carpet spay .
