These are easy to take and taste pretty good. They gave me almost too much energy to the point I'm not tired at bedtime and can't sleep. If your looking for an energy boost, try these. I also think they helped improve my mood. Great product. Love all of the ez melt supplements!

I’m battling B12 deficiency and not getting results with the shots. I stopped the shots completely and tried these. My B12 is improving. They really do taste great and melt quickly. Pretty cheap compared to the cost of shots that weren’t working.

Taste good but a little chalky. They were recommended by my PCP. I haven’t gotten my levels rechecked yet so I’m not sure how effective they are.

This is the second time I've ordered this item. I like them because they are vegan, easy to take (melt quickly in the mouth), and they don't leave a nasty taste.

I love these B12. The ingredients aren't bad. I have nerve damage in my thigh, tingling and sharp pricks throughout my body. B12 stops these sensations. I have to take 5000mcg daily or the sensations come back and my thigh will burn. I was taking the Now brand but they started putting Xylitol in their brand which is poisonous to dogs and I have inside dogs so I will no longer buy the Now brand. I searched on Amazon and found these. I have been using them for a couple months. So far they are working just fine. I have tried several other brands but the sensations come back so I know they are a good brand of B12. I only take methylcobalamine because it is natural and the cyanocobalamine is not good and it is synthetic, man made. These taste good and dissolve quickly. I will continue to buy and I do recommend and I thank this company for not putting Xylitol in these!
