Cannot say enough great things about this product. I had my gallbladder removed in December 2024. My digestive system did not adjust well to the removal. It’s been about 6 months and my bowels still have not been normal. I was also getting terrible stomach pains. I tried digestive enzymes and other products and nothing helped. I am on day 7 of 14 day reset and could not be happier. I’m having normal bowel movements and have not had any stomach pains. I am seriously amazed. I started with only taking one capsule a day because I was unsure how my body would respond. I had no issues and then started taking both everyday they are avg pill size and I find it easy to swallow. No after taste. I def would recommend this product to anyone who’s had their gallbladder removed or is just looking for a gut reset!

This stuff saved me from terrible postpartum constipation. Literally day one of taking this and I was able to finally use the restroom after weeks of struggling. I tried everything and nothing was working. I have not finished the 14 days yet and will update once done. But for the postpartum girlies that need some relief I suggest giving this a try. I purchased the daily symbiotic to start after completing this reset and I’m feeling hopeful.

I took this as instructed, and after perhaps three/four days, started to realize that I was not quite as “regular” as normal. Nothing in the documentation or on Amazon mentioned this as a possible side effect, so I put it off as coincidental and kept taking it as instructed. In the evening of the eighth day of taking this, (and still not being quite as regular as I would normally be) I had strong cramping on the left side of my abdomen, and stopped taking it. It was difficult to get comfortable enough to sleep, the area was painful to press on, and I wasn’t able to use the restroom to any real relief. After about 24 hours (during which time I barely ate, stayed hydrated, and had eventually productive bathroom visits again) the pain subsided significantly. I’m now at 36 hours and the pain has almost left completely. Once I stopped taking this product, things seemed to improve, and nothing else in my diet was significantly different than normal, so I can’t think of what else to attribute it to. Once a positive note, if you’re worried that the ingredients are merely placebos, you can stop worrying! lol

Two weeks to better gut, i loved this product and will order the daily pre/probiotic supply. Packaging made it easy to remember my morning pills. Quality:Seed is top quality gut health.

I suffer from Ulcerative Colitis and IBS for 10 years now. I have tried countless probiotics to try to help with my bloating and occasional constipation and nothing ever worked. I decided to buy this on a whim and I am HOOKED. It is pricey but it has helped me so much so to me it’s worth the price. Within a couple of days I was going more regularly and I am definitely less bloated.

I’ve been using these Seed probiotics for about two months based on a recommendation from my sister. I’m not sure that they work any better than other probiotics I’ve used before. I have IBS-C and hoped they’d be as effective as advertised. I will give them a few more months since it can take time to make noticeable gut changes. In any case they are easy to swallow and the blister packs are easy to pack when traveling. They do have a slightly strange taste on the tongue but after I swallow them it goes away.
