Works great, super impressed.
Recently picked up a new to me older truck that's super bare bones, xl version 2010 ford ranger. My old truck has tpms built into the dash menus, so I like to keep up with the tire pressures as I drive about 60 miles round trip a day. The little sensors screw directly on to the valve stems like caps and tighten down nicely, I don't think they'll ever fall off accidentally. Easy to install and set up. I use a 4 tire hose that fills them all at once, so I know the pressure is exactly the same in all 4 at all times. When I first calibrated the unit they all showed exactly the same psi. Once the sun came up next day, I noticed the pressure and temps were higher on the side in the sunlight, so they're remarkably accurate. Driving at highway speeds, the pressures go up about 5psi by the time I get to work. First day driving it I was hyper sensitive to all the new to me noises and road sounds, and was very surprised to see the tire pressure light come on the dash. Apparently it's got super basic pressure senders in the wheels I was unaware of, and it was not happy at the 25 mile mark. I had my trusty new tpms system installed so I immediately stopped and checked it, pressures and temps all looked good, so I assume the factory sensors need recalibrated or one is damaged or missing. If I hadn't had these installed, I would have been panicked and stopped to check all 4 with a gauge manually. This way I'm able to glance at it and know exactly what's going on in real time, even without stopping. Great for peace of mind. It's got a rechargeable battery inside you can plug in via usbc or leave it in the sun and a little solar panel on top will charge it. I only every drive at night (midnite shift) so I opted to not mount it on the dash, as I think the bright lights it puts out would be distracting. I mounted on the drivers side wall inside the center arm rest. Easy to see from the drivers seat, but pitch black in the dark cockpit, also easy to reach with a usbc cable to charge, although a month in and the battery still shows good charge even leaving it on 24/7. The alarm when a tire gets too high or low is very loud, even inside the arm rest it startled me when one went up higher than expected at highway temps. Overall, I'm super impressed. Has all the features I want and none I don't. Price is great, shipped quickly, seems to work perfectly. I still have to figure out the factory tpms issues as the light still comes on at 25 miles, even tho the pressures are spot on. But with this new system installed, I'll never have to worry about what does that light mean?!!?!? haha. Great purchase, buy with confidence.

TPMS individual readings, installs in five minutes, no tools or wiring.
Works perfectly, installs in five minutes (no tools or wiring), gives individual tire pressure and temperature.Works so well I bought a second one for my 2022 Prius, because OEM TPMS didn’t inform me as to which tire has low pressure.I bought the first one of these when my OEM TPMS failed in a ten year old Prius, preferring to pay about $80 instead of over $1,100 to the dealer to replace sensors, program, etc.Installation is SO EASY:1: Take monitor out of the box, set it on the dash so the solar cell can charge the battery.2: Turn the unit on.3. Replace tire valve stem caps with (slightly larger) sensor/caps. (Each sensor is clearly marked LF LR RF RR) Just screw the sensors on, like the valve caps.4: Check unit, tire pressures and temperature reading will be displayed in 1-2 minutesI used the included sticky pad to hold my unit in place on the dash. Can be removed or relocated, no sticky residue. Can be charged with USB-C cable but the solar cell in the unit has kept my unit fully charged, even though I leave the screen on 24/7.At some point the sensor batteries will need to be replaced. Easy to do.BEST AFTERMARKET DEVICE for any vehicle. This company also sells kits with more than four tires monitored, so that you can monitor the tire pressure on a trailer. In some cases, you might have to also purchase an extender antenna so we can pick up the readings if the trailer is long.

Must buy TPMS
I bought this tire pressure monitor for my travel trailer after realizing how important it was to monitor the tire pressures of a 7000 pound trailer. They worked well right out of the box and synced without issues. There were clear instructions on the steps to take before syncing. I installed them on all four tires. The monitor sits on my dash and is small enough that it is out of the way. This sleek design is nice. It came with a sticky pad and keeps it from sliding around when I’m driving. I have left it out in the sun on the dashboard and it still works without any heat issues. I’ve seen other monitors that are more expensive than this one seems to work well for the price. The solar charging is a plus because I don’t have to run a wire down to the cigarette lighter or the USB ports. The only reason I gave it four out of five stars is because it sometimes it’s difficult to clearly see the numbers when it is bright outside. The display could be a little brighter. Otherwise, I’m happy with the purchase!

I like them!
Have only used them a few times since putting them on but have not had any problems. I have double checked the pressures being read and they have matched. I haven't had a blowout or tire issue so I can't say whether the alarm works or the pressure/heat changes will show. I have a 22' single axle camper and these reach my truck easily without any loss of signal. I have the receiver on the dash of my truck and the sun keeps it charged. I have not had any issues reading the display or having any washout from the light. I think this is a valuable piece of equipment to have for your trailer (camper, boat, etc).

Tymate Saved Our lives
This Tymate saved our family's lives. Our brakes were rubbing on our travel trailer and overheated and destroyed our bearings causing excessive heat. Our Tymate immediately started sounding alarms giving me time to pull off the road saving our single axle camper and our lives. Yes, the display is hard to read in the sunlight but you don't need to be looking at it while driving and if you get your tire pressure set before you travel the Tymate will let you know if you have a adnormal pressure or heat deviation. Have steel valve stems, good quality tires, and a good TPMS will help you have a better chance of a successful camping trip .
