Bought this because I was making brownies in a metal pan and they never turn out so I purchased this one. The glass tray is heavy and solid. The lid feels a little flimsy but it does fit the container and make a good seal. I tried making brownies and they still didn't turn out. At least the pan is nice. If the brownies did turn out its nice that it has a lid so you don't have to transfer the dessert to a separate container.

Was needing a couple glass cooking dishes with covers for easy storage and easy transport. These two are the perfect size, dishwasher safe, nice tight seal when you put covers on. Great value for the money. Not too heavy easy to take in and out of oven.

You can't go wrong with Pyrex! I bought this to replace my metal 8x8 pan, which had begun rusting. I don't even know why I bought metal to begin with! Glass is so much better. It's thick and sturdy, easy to clean, and I love that I can just keep whatever food I bake in it, because it has the handy lid for storing (we've only made brownies in it so far and keep it on the counter). It bakes evenly and I can definitely see us using it for years to come! And what a great price for such a solid piece of bakeware. Highly recommend.

I ordered the teal colored one. In the illustrated picture on Amazon the actual glass on both the 9x13 and 8x8 looks teal. In person however, it is more of a green color. The lids are teal though. Just keep that in mind if you're considering the teal color. With that said, I will not send these back because I still really like them....I just think whoever created the picture should redo, showing a more accurate color of the glass portion of this set. Target sells the 9x13 without the lid if you want to see what the color of the glass is before choosing. Personally, I prefer the green over the gray color which is why I decided to keep and not return. And with the lids being teal it makes it okay. I love pyrex, even though it's not like the old pyrex you used to could get, but still prefer it. As far as the shipping, they were very well packed and arrived protected from any damage and in perfect condition. I'll be able to enjoy these for years. ❤️

This is very nice, especially if you have to travel with your casserole. The cover makes all the difference.

Pyrex is a great trusted brand that I go to often. The lid fits tightly, it’s a very solid dish and gets used often in my kitchen. Good quality. The only thing I noticed is mine is slightly misshapen on the sides. Lid still fits and it isn’t a big deal. But it’s noticeable.
