What is the best way to make this stick to the plastic table?

Wet the sticker and push it into the table. We found it worked well on the plastic tray of the highchair. I doubt it would stick to a wooden table though.

how does it play music if doesnt need batteries? does it actually play music and animals turn twist around?

hello this toy has no batteries. It activate mecanical sounds when turning. It does not play melodies
