Does this taste nice?

It’s not an unpleasant taste. It doesn’t fully dissolve in water - it forms a suspension - and needs to be stirred briskly before drinking, otherwise it sinks to the bottom of the glass.

* PhysicalThis gel works to get your bowels under control. The taste is nice too. It's recommended to take each in a cup and straight away after a meal. And two a day for as long as required. The price can be expensive. My experience after the Covid-19 the cost went up by over 55% in one week for several weeks. There are other ones, Senna for example.

When taken daily with Laxido....

This stuff, when taken daily with Laxido, really keeps me out of severe difficulties.As a consequence of long term constipation, I got an inguinal hernia (straining too hard & too long). If I had had the sense to consider the Fybogel/Laxido cocktail sooner, I'd have been fine.Also worth mentioning: the two mixed together don't just complement each other nedicinally, they really balance out the resultant taste well. They end up being quite a pleasant aftier-meal dose of hydration too.

Great product, I suffer from IBS and one of these a day makes the worst of my symptoms entirely disappear. The only drawback for me is that it contains artificial sweeteners, but thats just my personal preference as I dislike those.
