I tried Arrae products for the first time around 6 months ago, and wow, this actually works. I've tried many, many supplements over the years, and my 40-something body truly appreciates this anti-bloat formula. It doesn't really have a taste to me, it's easy to swallow and you can feel relief within an hour or two. In the morning, I notice a flatter stomach when I take it at night. I highly recommend for those battling bloating, especially after meals in restaurants.

I never leave reviews unless I want others to greatly benefit from something I’ve tried that works perfectly. I didn’t have it for a bit after forgetting to refill, which is when I realized how effectively this supplement works. If your stomach has been your worst enemy, this product will defeat it. They really do help you feel less full, less bloated post-meal. Now, I’m in my 40s. So, while these help diminish that inevitable full feeling after a big dinner, the calories are still there. The tummy is still visible lol…you’re not going to deflate like a balloon. If only! But I definitely appreciate these for the relief they bring.

Does help with bloat, water retention but is expensive.

I took this while taking creatine and it helped maintained the bloating. I love the tribiotic as well and it does the same, however I ran out so sad. I’ll be buying again (right now by the way).
