Yea u do it’s a great product if u don’t have the lamp u won’t get the best of drying the Nails

Please do not buy it. Very bad quality. And yes you need to apply base coat

Can it be ues for Acrylics?

Yes you put it on you’re finished with acrylics yes

Can this base coat be used as a base for poly gel nails ?

I don’t use the poly gel so I’m not sure but I would think you could.
