Works like a charm. Can't even hear it when it is running moderately.

This flow fan is what you want for your case (pressure fan instead if you need to butt the fan against heat-sink fins). It meets all my needs for price, appearance, and noise. Anything more expensive than this and it would be a waste of money in my opinion. It is meant for four-pin connectors (PWM) on more modern motherboards, meaning it can be made to spin extremely slowly when appropriate - much slower than the older 3-pin standard (DC or TX3). (Two pin/wire fans will run at max speed and loudly unless connected to a daisy-chainable 3-pin fan, such one by Kingwin). Added bonus is that this can be daisy chained to another 4-pin fan, although I haven't had the need for that. My mechanical hard drive that was hot enough to fry an egg on is now as cool as a cucumber.

I build my kid's system using one of those cases and realized his graphics card fan was spooling up far more than i thought it should. It turned out the case barely had any airflow despite three 120mm fans. And, they were only 3-pin so they were always on at full speed - not that it mattered. But they were a pretty blue from the LEDs. I ordered these Arctic F12's to replace them (these do not have LEDs).Super easy install and upon booting back up I went into the BIOS/UEFI and told it to learn the fans. It spooled them up and down a few times and I handed the PC back to my kid. No more graphics card fan sounding like a jet engine, no more high system temps. And as a bonus, the whole build is quieter as much of the time the fans don't need to spin up much. Unlike the stock fans, you can FEEL the air moving with these.

This is a very quiet fan with PWM PST speed control making it a most desirable acquisition. By tossing in the 10 year warranty and the full lube bearing it is a no brainer purchase.
