No, the hardshell cover is non-adhesive, you should attach it to the adhesive tape first and then cover it onto the Libre sensor for best protection.

When I remove the sensor patch, will the libre sensor go off with it?

No, the protective hardshell cover is non-adhesive and is intended to be placed between the tape and the sensor, so you can get the better protection while leaving no glue on the sensor, you can easily remove the patch if needed without worrying about taking the sensor off. how to remove: please refer to 00:26-00:28

Do you were these all the time or just in shower

You can wear these all the time, they stay in place really well. The hard cover protects the sensor underneath and is comfortable to wear for as long as you wish. Obviously, it will get wet in the shower, but dries quickly, just like a plaster. If you don't like the feeling of it whilst damp, just remove and replace.
