So you receive #200 8" necklaces and #200 connectors? so a total of #400? so is it the connector that you put together that makes the bracelet?

Yes one connector per glow stick. So total of 200 connectors and 200 glow sticks seperated into two canisters of 100 glow sticks with 100 connectors. It is in fact the piece you need to connect the two ends of one glow stick. Does this answer your question? : )
