Well cut and no seams
The media could not be loaded. I am using this indoors across a sun-room. The product is very smart and looks good. It does the job nicely for a much better cost then blinds. The light color diffuses light nicely and takes away the glare from the glass reflection. Have used marine stainless steel fittings which make the sail and accessories very complimentary. Seams around the edges are well sown and neatly edged. An ring in each corner allows for anchor points and you get a length of chord type string as connections. As I mentioned I used different fittings, coming from a sailing background I know what I wanted to achieve as well as creating a quick real release sail for when taking it down at the end of summer. Have not used outdoors but I suspect you would need to fit at a fall to allow rain water to run off.

Was sceptical but no need.
Bought this 2 years ago to set up as a temporary sail (by that I mean not a permanent fixture in the garden, we got the 4x5 rectangle and I have been really pleased with it, for the money it’s strong and certainly keeps the sun off, kinda important as I write this in July 2022 with the soaring temps. The fixings are strong the material is also strong but folds up easily so you can put it away for winter. It hasn’t faded, and there are not weak points I kind see, even after being left out in somewhat stronger winds than perhaps I should have done. If anything it could pull my fixings if I hadn’t put them in correctly.Waterproof yes so with that in mind if you leave it out and up in the rain you must have it positioned so the water will run off, else it will collect and bow and collect the water.Really happy with the product and would suggest it to anyone setting up a non fixed sail for your garden, though if you want it permanently place just place and position the water run off correctly and it would probably serve you just as well.

Ideal product at this price point
Does exactly what it says, ideal product at the price point. Provides ample shade for a small garden. Waterproof, though make sure to mount them with drainage in mind as gathered pools can stretch the fabric. Supplied mountings are good but investing in a set of cheap bungie cords makes these much more versatile and opens up the options for attaching them

Does the job... mostly
On the whole, very strong and sturdily made... but be cautious. If you have this anything lower than 10ft from the ground, it gets very warm in the sun and can actually radiate more heat than it protects you from... have it high up and well away from where you're sitting and it casts a good shade

Great quality sail but...
I have no issue with the sail itself , very high quality and doesnt let any rain through (though not its intention) however...1. The rope supplied is nylon and stretched enormously , I had to keep tightening every other day after strong winds - gave up after a week and bought some marine rope (£6 for 10m)Shame on the cost cutting other wise would be 5 star2. I coulndt get a high enough rain drain angle (roof design wouldnt allow) so when it rained the water collected . It held probably 50 kg of water but has bellied and wont return - just a comment as its not really design for this
