I am writing this review after owning the toilet for about 6 months. It's been fantastic until the plastic piece that connects to the high-pressure water line developed a crack and started leaking. I tried to fix it myself to no avail. I was dreading contacting support, but after looking online and seeing no replacement parts, that was my only choice.After the initial email I sent, I got a very kind and courteous reply back within 24 hours. They asked for a bit more info about the toilet and the problem I was having, and about a week later, I received a whole replacement seat! I was able to hook that back up and get back to business (haha).Thanks again for the fast and friendly support. Just FYI, It seems others are having a similar issue with that plastic peice cracking so it seems to be a poorly manufactured part. The new seat I received was still plastic but molded differently so I hope it's a bit stronger. If you have an issue, don't hesitate to reach out to support, they are great!

While my family is still skeptical about this contraption (especially my 12-year-old son), for me, it is a beautiful thing. A previous neighbor came by the other day, during a brief layover, and he saw our updated bathroom. He walked in, the toilet lid opened, and he screamed, "What type of exorcist junk is this?!" and ran out of the bathroom. My mother recently used it and asked, "Why does it not sing when it is done? Everything else in your house does." Which is true: microwave, washer, dryer, Rumba, dishwasher, and even our fridge. Maybe that's the ONE suggestion I have. Make it sing when it's done something successfully. It deserves it! It is making our lives easier.

We had purchased and installed the toilet more than 3 months already. It was easy to install it based on instruction. The toilet is very well built and works perfectly, including flushing, light, seat temperature.Overall highly recommend the brand- worth every penny we spent.Had some technical questions and had to contact their customer service. The customer service was excellent!Buy with confidence!

Ordered this back in February and just now got around to getting it installed. A plumber we hired pointed out the crack in the picture attached and had concern about installing it. We were also going to have to move the water line over as well because the toilet sits too far back toward the wall and would t be able to access the valve.I first reached out to Amazon customer service who provided me with a email to contact the manufacturer. That email doesn’t appear to work. The company then message me through Amazon and offer to provide a partial or full refund. It was fairly frustrating, not knowing if we were going to reach the company to remedy our problem. The company itself through Amazon messaging also provided me with the same email address that did not work. While they did remedy our problem and provided us with a full refund, I think it’s sketchy not to have a customer service number or a working email address.I’m giving 4 stars because ultimately, they made things right.

I very like this product, I like the quality and effective work. Everything works well, and installation was easy.

I owe it to this one!! I must say I have never been happier and satisfied with the product and their customer service for any of my purchases on amazon than these smart toilet specially after spending all the big $$.I bought 1 for my parents master bedroom but was scared that it would not work, or be cause problem and yada yadaa.. but I was wrong! A professional plumber installed it, and it was installed right and the toilet works great!!!The best part is I am able to operate this toilet even when there is no power! Some features I like are Auto Lid opening, Auto Flush, Various Spraying Settings & Ambient Lighting. Warm water option, Ergonomic Heated seat with various heat level settings.Additionally not just the product itself, but buying this smart toilet vs others is I must say this company stands by their product!! Their excellent customer service makes them stand by against all the other competitors.I would like to say I called them couple of times and a great "Client Experience Specialist" by the name of 'Sadia' helped my every time and went over and beyond and gave me helping hand on understanding/ resetting some of the great features this toilet has to offer.Even after calling them so many times, they are always like call us anytime and we are happy to answer all of your concerns. This shows how wonderfully this company stands by their product.I bought 3 of these already, 1 for my parents bathroom, 1 for my own bathroom, 1 for my guest bathroom and will be buying 1 more in coming months for my home office bathroom.My guests and neighbor also like this toilet when they used it in our house, and said they will also be buying these once they start remodeling their bathroom soon.Smart Toilets are the new norm, all new construction houses are installing these, I would highly recommend this product and this company. You will not regret it.Stay tuned as I will come back and give you my review after few months of using these toilets, though I will tell you it has already been about 4-5 months after installing my first toilet and it is working great so far!!A must buy! for all! that are in the market looking for smart toilet!

Excellent product, even better customer service and support. Mine arrived missing a few pieces, I believe it was a return item that unfortunately slipped thru inspection. I contacted the manufacturer immediately and they responded instantly. Within a few days I had the needed replacement parts installed and have received multiple emails asking if they could do anything else. Excellent customer service!!!!!

Best investment ever! Had for a year now and love it. The heated seat, the led lit bowl, the bidet, the dryer. Awesome!!
