Gorgeous, elevated our bathroom space and install was pretty straightforward.

An eye-catcher, for sure! I like the three light intensities and that it removes the steam fog after a shower with a simple tap. I had the electrician hard wire it so it didn’t need to plug in.

Made a vanity with this for my girl out of a used cable spool top and some wine boxes. Neat n junk

Really cute mirror

No warranty, no customer service, no return contact. A section of lights stopped working after 3 months. Reached out through Amazon and zero response. Also, there's a permanent visible line that kinda looks like dust on the mirror that is pretty irritating. Customer service update; After several days I received a response from Michael, requesting I access customer service via the Support portal on their Amazon storefront. Unfortunately, no such portal exists, and he stopped responding to emails asking for help. The only way to connect with them is through Amazon's portal for returns etc. which is how I connected with the Michael.

I couldn't be happier with this. Very nice and fancy. Looks great and make the space very luxurious and expensive. My son loves it. The anti-fog and light functions are also pretty effective.

This LED bathroom mirror has a clean, modern design and looks great mounted on the wall. The size is perfect for a vanity, and the lighting is bright and evenly distributed. I like having the three color temperature options and the dimmable feature, which makes it easy to adjust the light as needed. The anti-fog function works well and is very convenient after hot showers. However, the touch controls can be a bit sensitive, and installation requires careful measuring. Overall, it’s a stylish and functional mirror with helpful features. With slightly more intuitive controls, it would easily be a 5-star product.

Update 10/20/2024: recently had an issue with a purchase from Wallbeyond, but the way it was handled exceeded my expectations. Eric from their team promptly addressed my concern, issuing a full refund within 48 hours, as promised. He assured me that even though they don’t control product tax refunds, they will continue to follow up on it. To my relief, I wasn’t required to return anything, which made the process much smoother. The communication was professional, efficient, and hassle-free. I also appreciated the transparency with the attached screenshot confirming the refund. Overall, I am very satisfied with the resolution and would confidently recommend Wallbeyond for their excellent customer service. ——————————- Original Review I bought these mirrors in August - initially I was pleased at the aesthetic and function - immediately one mirror out the box malfunctioned and did not work! Amazon provided an exchange which I was pleased - now after only 2 month or less the back lights on both mirrors are discolored!! Like what in the heck!! I tried to handle this through Amazon but they are screaming it’s after 20 days so they can’t help! I’m beyond LIVID as u can imagine .. I reached out to Wallbeyond to see if they can help but have not gotten a response yet .. these were expensive purchases and I’m so upset right now I’m not getting any assistance with a resolution!!
