This works great. Covers your address. May have to roll over address twice on some packaging materials. Just let it dry.

I still rip up my mail, but now I don’t have to rip it into a million pieces. Someday I’ll buy a paper shredder lol but for now this is perfect and easy to use to make sure our privacy is protected. I just keep it next to where I open up the mail. I let it dry for a minute before ripping up

For years I would shred anything I threw away that had my name on it--junk mail, catalogs, etc. But cross cut shred isn't easy to recycle (in some cities you can throw it in with the yard and food waste) because it can't be added to regular recycling. So, this is a better alternative. And you can use it on prescription bottles, too.Giving 4/5 stars because sometimes the ink isn't dark enough to block out personal information. When that happens, I'll take a Sharpie to cover it.

How convenient to be able to just roll over personal information instead of having to shred the pounds of paperwork with personal info that you want kept from unscrupulous people! Thank you for this wonderful little tool!

I purchased this in August 2022 and it worked okay, but by January, the ink had started to run out. It wasn't covering my personal information as well, so I had to roll the I.D. Police over it a number of times, which just used up more ink and it's already stopped working. And it doesn't work as well on glossy paper. I read reviews and the questions in the description and was confused because one of the questions was - can you buy ink to refill it - and 2 of the 3 answers said yes. But you can't. It's single use and when the ink is gone, toss it in the recycle bin. I'm going to purchase one with with ink to refill it so I only have to buy one roller.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have tried many different types of ID confidential rollers and this is by far the best. Last a long time and much darker than any others. I highly recomend

Loved using this but I wish it lasted longer before the ink was used up. I can’t recall when I bought it but maybe 1.5 - 2 years ago. Just ran out of ink recently. It worked well.
