Great fit for my old Encore 2550 stove
Great fit without modification. I have a pre 1999 Encore 2550 that is a WONDERFUL stove. After years of faithful service, this part became badly bowed. It was still functional, but out of respect for this fine stove, I wanted to replace the part. The one I received works great! Take good care of your equipment and it will take good care of you!

Doesn't fit
Unit would not fit my stove, add says you might have to get another back plate which adds like $200 to a simple repair. Used metal car fender wedges to sung the cover from falling off. Seems to do the trick.Returned above.

Product details incorrectly state that it fits an Encore 2550. Does not fit.

needs to be customized
The throat did not fit my stove which I have owned for 20 years so I had to grind it down in several places so it would fit in place and I could.
