Working Great on RTX 3070
Product is working great with my Z390 (Intel 9th Gen) motherboard and RTX 3070. I was almost scared off from reviews on here saying the cable caused GPU failure, but glad I wasn't. Its only been 3 days of use, but the system has been left on for long periods of time during those 3 days and everything is working great. I haven't had any signal loss issues and the cable is working perfectly. I am using the cable in the Phanteks P600S, which is one of the cases this cable was specifically designed for. It securely mounts in the case and provides a good resting point for my graphics card. I was worried about heat issues with the GPU since it is somewhat pushed up against the glass wall of the case, but my temps have been the same as when it was mounted directly to the motherboard. The Phanteks P600S provides 3 slots for vertical GPU mounting so this card sits back far enough from the glass that it isn't an issue. (1-1.5 inches)*AMD RYZEN USERS PLEASE NOTE*: I have seen some questions regarding RTX 3000 cards (and other PCIe Gen 4 graphics cards) and this riser cable. The riser cable is only rated for PCIe Gen 3, not PCIe Gen 4. The new RTX 3000 cards are PCIe Gen 4, but backwards compatible with PCIe Gen 3. The problem could arise when using the cable with a Ryzen chipset that is PCIe Gen 4 and an RTX 3000 card that is PCIe Gen 4 with this PCIe Gen 3 cable. Before purchasing this cable, check your BIOS to make sure you can select PCIe Gen 3 as an option. Doing this should allow the cable to work perfectly. As far as speed is concerned, PCIe Gen 4 is much faster than PCIe Gen 3 on paper, but current GPU hardware can't fully utilize the speed of PCIe Gen 4 so you shouldn't see any performance drops switching back to Gen 3. The only performance drop you may see is if you are currently using a PCIe Gen 4 M.2 NVME SSD. NVME SSDs run on the PCIe lanes, so switching back to Gen 3 could see a loss of performance. That being said, if you are primarily gaming, you won't notice the performance loss.If you are running any intel chipset, then this should work fine since all intel chipsets through Intel 10th Gen are PCIe Gen 3 (11th Gen is slated to be PCIe Gen 4). Also, it should work fine on any older graphics cards that are PCIe Gen 3.

Used as a riser for a tiny itx case
For those of you wondering, it's not the best fit in the A09 mini itx case you'll see floating around the net, but I still got it to fit with a low profile single slot GPU. I've since ordered a shorter one for that use case but this one seems nicely made and good quality. Don't know what the max PCIe generation is since I'm using it on 2.

Working fine
Working great on my 2070 MSI Armor 8GB GPU, 3-4 years running strong.

Works awesome but pricey and a little flimsy
Works awesome with my evolve x case only downside is that it blocks all other pci slots so if you want any other expansion cards depending on your MB your out of luck.. I guess my only complaint is the cost of this don't seem to justify the flimsy PCB on the connecter side (where the card plugs into) there is alot of uncomfortable give with that and that can be bad news if you don't get the card seated properly

Great solution but triple check how much room you need for your video card before ordering.
I bought a Phanteks P600S case to put this in, but with watching a few Linus Tech Tips videos I went with a Noctua NH-D15 twin tower air cooler rather than a water cooling setup. I don't regret going with an air cooler for my desktop, but with an air cooler, there was not enough room for my video card to fit using the 90-degree Phanteks riser. The cable itself mounted easily and looked like it would do a wonderful job of allowing a vertically mounted video card, but in my case, I just did not have room to allow installing a ROG Strix GTX-1060 OG card in anything other than a horizontal configuration. The product is great, and it is an error on my part that is not allowing me to install it in my desktop.

Strong reliability
I bought this and have been using it for the past 7 years. It is still running strong, and show no signs of wearing out. It's nice how flexible it is, since I can route it to any slot, allowing me to fit other cards where the GPU would have otherwise gotten in the way.

High quality build but completely unusable
This cable is extremely well made. It looks and feels like a quality component. But...This cable is so incredibly stiff that it's virtually impossible to install in a compact case. I bought this because I have a case that positions the PCI card parallel to the motherboard so a flexible PCI extension cable is necessary. I wanted a higher quality cable than I'd used previously and the right angle connector on the end seemed ideal for my case layout. But the cable is so stiff and hard to bend just getting it in I thought for sure I was going to break either the PCI slot on my server board or the PCI card. I ended up having to calculate precisely what bends I would need then pre-bending the cable before installing it and even then it put a lot of force on the PCI card causing it to visibly bend.In the end it didn't even work— the computer won't recognize the PCI card when this cable is used even though the card is receiving power. At first I thought I damaged my motherboard or card trying to get this in but it works with other cables. This cable was completely unusable for me and I wasted a lot of time trying to force it into the shape I needed and when I finally did it didn't work. Not happy.

Update: Works Great
Edit: I measured output on my PCI-E slot and sure enough it was dead. I don't think it was the fault of the connector, so I'm fixing my review.Product works great and my GPU is running well. After trying countless times, this seems like a dud. First, it doesn't stay in the PCI-E slot. Just falls out when standing computer up. If you even move your PC an inch there's the possibility that this will fall out.Second, when it was in the slot, it didn't deliver any power or any signs of life to the GPU. Returning and going with a different company.
