I have Cerebral Palsy and recently had a right hip reconstruction/replacement and I use the belt to hold my legs together. It it easy to use; however, it can be difficult to adjust at times. Otherwise, for the price it seems to be well constructed and very easy to use the clasp to open and close the belt.
