I think that the fit on these shirts is fairly reasonable. I have a somewhat athletic shape and often wear between a medium and a large on most shirts, and this one leaned in favor of medium. I like the light color option especially for hot days at the beach. Great for hikes, beach days, and high sun exposure. I got about 20 uses out of my previous shirt before I lost it on an water adventure. It was holding up well and the quality was pretty good.These shirts are really important in helping saving the reefs from the chemicals found in sunscreen, so I recommend that every one have them around for beach days.

Love these shirts and wear them anytime I am out golfing. They are very lightweight and comfortable to move in, and they look nice!

This is a good quality shirt that I'll enjoy. The color was true to what I saw on this Amazon page. I'm a little taller than 5'10" and weigh 175 pounds. When I purchase a COTTON shirt, I typically buy a size Large to account for shrinkage when I wash and dry the shirt. For this type of material, however, MEDIUM is generally a better fit, and that was the case with this item. Second, the shirt arrived bunched up in its bag and wrinkled. The wrinkles did not come out when I wore it for the first time. I hung it up after washing it for the first time (rather than putting it in the dryer), but the wrinkles persisted. So I've had to put it in the dryer on the (low heat) "Wrinkle Out" setting. That helped quite a lot. One more go round on "Wrinkle Out" should hopefully fully eliminate the wrinkles in the material.

Just the right weight. Can be worn as a bottom layer or top layer. It's ideal for when you need just a little something extra to keep you warm. I'm not sure that I would wear this to the beach on a hot sunny day. I think the collar and dark color would roast you. You can roll this shirt up quite small so it stores easily in a backpack or other small bag.The first shirt I got had a defective zipper. Thankfully Amazon returns are simple.

I was tired of my husband burning. He is an adult who needed to be reminded to sunblock and I was done with that. These fit really well with sizing as expected, size large. They are not too tight like some other brands. The neckline is also very comfortable and it does not choke. The quality has held up very well after being used many times in the pool and machine washed. We bought two shirts, different shades of blue and both are not transparent. They are also great if you’re going to be outside all day in the sun it is a better way to cover up instead of using extra sunscreen. It’s not too hot despite the long sleeves.
