The width is exactly 3 inches. The flat metal portion of the spatula length is approximately 7 and 3/4 inches; the distance to the wood handle is close to 9" Since the first fold is rounded and about 1/4 '', 3 x 8" is a fair description of the working metal part of the spatula. It is generally what I would consider very high quality and the blade sits flat and uses exactly all of the flat part of an 8 NG Lodge cast iron skillet; perfect for flipping omelets. We are quite satisfied with it.

Overall length is 10.5 inches, the tines are 3 inches long and 5/8 inch on centers at the tips.
