These are very similar quality to the previous brand I had been buying. I like taking this whenever I think I might be getting sick, in hopes that it will keep the illness at bay and I do think it helps but it's hard to say for sure. I like these smaller gel caps because they are easy to swallow. You do taste the oregano sometimes but I don't mind that. I'm not a huge fan of the bag container as it's hard to make sure that it's completely closed and it doesn't fit nicely into the drawer I keep my other supplement bottles in.

Item received 5/29/25. I have taken one softgel then realized the manufacturer date is 10/04/25 which idea I’m highly concerned about the safety and integrity of this product considering the major 5 month discrepancy of the dates

These soft gels are not too big and are pretty easy to swallow. It was odd that they came in a pouch and not a bottle, but I found they actually go in my medicine cupboard better that way. They don't have a smell and I think they actually are helping with my gut health. I have a lot of issues lol, and things seem to feel a little better. I tried oil of oregano drops and couldn't do those. The taste was just too awful. I’m really glad I found these soft gels! Will definitely keep using them!

I’ve used oregano oil in the past, however the taste can be seriously intense, these softgels completely solve that problem. I’ve taken both separately before, so having them combined in one capsule is a nice bonus. It makes keeping up with my supplement routine simpler and feels like I’m getting a little extra support with each dose.
