HP Printers are always a nightmare when using third party cartridges.Had issues with installing these, but Alice on the support line was great and resolved problem with replacement cartridges on the same day....Hopefully when these arrive they'll work first time. Remember to update your printer firmware via HP Smart before installing.

Despite having an issue with one of the ink cartridges, the issue was quickly rectified with replacement sent out & arriving the next day. Cannot thank you enough for your assistance

lThe first set of these I purchase worked fine. One of the colour cartridges needed replacing, so I ordered another complete set to replace just the cartridge that was emptied, and then it all went wrong. The printer message ‘One or more appeared damaged or faulty, so rather reluctantly, I replaced the whole set. I had the same message error message repeatedly, and that made the printer unusable. I thought the printer head may need cleaning (which I had done several times before using distilled water to flush. The head was clean anyway but I went ahead and cleaned it, but still the same error message came up. Smart Ink recommend their check list, which I had previously followed, so I contacted them and explained what I was experiencing. They were apologetic and sent out a replacement set of cartridges. I tried these and the same error message came up. I contacted them the company again, they were sorry for the inconvenience and said I could have a full refund to my account.My feeling is, that is all fine, but the problem was not solved and I am needing to go back to HP original cartridges to confirm the printer is working properly, which is more expense and continued downtime for my printer. Smart Ink guarantee their cartridges will work or your money back… true! But, it’s taken some time and expense to see they do not work a second time round on a printer. As the printer needs to be connected to HP online for support and driver upgrades, they must know that copy cartridges are being used, so what can they write into their driver software to sabotage your printer from using copy cartridgeversions? It’s a shame because the first set I used worked great, but I won’t buy more as I’m not convinced as yet!

I had an issue with a faulty cartridge, contacted customer support in the evening. Followed their instructions to no avail. They simply said they would send out replacement cartridges with no quibble, I actually received them before lunch the next day! Nobody like having issues but I am so impressed with how efficiently it was sorted I have full confidence in using smartink for my next order. Well done

I had a problem with a couple of the cartridges and got in touch with Smart Ink support. They responded immediately with some suggestions which I tried but they did not resolve the problem. When I relayed this to Smart Ink, they offered to send me a replacement which arrived the next day

Had a problem with one cartridge not working on my HP printer. I rang them No long wait for them to answer phone. Very helpful and I had a free replacement the next day. All working fine now many thanks
