I love these!!! Highly recommend! These are fabulous if you struggle with plantar fascia and or heel bone spurs. Theyre kinda sticky at the bottom to stay in place without moving around while you move around. The longer i wear these the less my feet and legs hurt. Wearing every day they last about three months. They fit well in sneakers, loafers, heels, and flats too.

I liked that these heel pads are made of silicone, have adhesive backing to keep them in place in my shoes, and that they were very reasonably priced. Despite what I like about them, they are not much better than others on the market at comparable cost...at least not for my heels. Everything helps, but nothing has made a major difference yet!

Used for a diagnosed heel spur. Product quality seems good. It Does relieve heel pain, BUT the product design needs improvement. I have a size 13 foot and the edge of the heel cup farthest away from the heel is too narrow...allowing the heel cup to shift to the left or right. When it shifts, the raised edge/ border of the heel cup is under the sole of your foot and is quite uncomfortable. The peel and stick liner on the bottom of the heel cup does not stick well to the insole of my shoes.

They do help your heels as far as taking off the pressure and cushioning your heels 👠

When I read "gel heel cups" in the product title, I was expecting a very soft gel like the ones from Dr Scholl's. These heel cups felt rigid and made my heels feel much worse. They didn't really adhere well either. They kept shifting inside my shoe as I walked around. I was so over these things that I threw them in the trash. These things are not plantar fasciitis friendly!

Good: This gel sticks to the shoes just fine compared to Dr Scholl's heel gel which refuses to stay in one place while walking, running. Its also cheap for the price offered.Bad: The gel fits fine at the rear end of the heel, but the forward part is thick and isn't flattened which gives a feeling of a slight bump below the feet while walking. Also the gell is a bit hard so wearing it for long hours makes it uncomfortable too.

After having heel pain and many review readings I ended up buying these and they fix my heel pain..I like that they are sticky so when placed in shoe they stay put. I mainly wear Sandles and they work great! It came in a 3 pack so I will be getting more for my other shoes..
