Good truck box for can am
Arrived super quickly and was packaged well. Do your research on its capacity. I chose this model off of a video review and what I thought its size was based off of visual cues. I realized after install that I had ordered the one size smaller than the video I had seen. Unfortunately this means my helmet won’t fit due to the cavity’s molded top edge, however it holds a considerable amount of gear. Currently I have a collapsible lantern, foldable tool kit, foldable chair, a pair of waders, a tire repair kit, a waterproof ifak, a hooded gortex jacket, a headlamp, about 14 cliff bars, a 4”x6” box of extra “emergency” parts, some gloves and my ryobi 18v compressor. Oh, and the old one-piece stock handguard from can am, so there’s a lot of leftover space for things after I sell that. It’s durable enough that I’ve knocked the lid off trying to squeeze the quad between trees, and was able to quickly reattach the lid without any permanent damage to either half. If I had the chance, I might opt for the bigger model, but so far this one has proven more than sufficient.

Trunk box survived back to back days at Hatfield & McCoy's ATV Trails
Nice box, wasn't to sure about the tab that you mount in the middle to make a 3rd attachment point for my configuration but it held up fine after 2 days of hard trail riding in WV . I would have given it 5 stars but a little bit of dust got in the box. The 2 latches on the back locked down but not with enough tension to make a perfect seal. Because of that I used 2 cheap carabiner clips to ensure It didn't fly open on me. I mounted it on the back of the machine. I had to move my grab bar to the front rack which was fine. Over all I like the box.

Install.
Cargo box fits great. Install was a bit harder. Had to take cargo rack off to align the front hold down bracket and drill the holes. Then reinstall the cargo rack. Looks and fits great. I'm happy with cargo box.

Fits great works even better.
The only thing semi negative is I bought a matching front box, both Can Am brands and the color and texture are different from one an other.

Great box
Great box. Box is watertight until you have to drill into it for the support hardware. Silicone is needed. Super fast delivery

Nice fit for the Outlander rack
This truck has worked very well for me.I did add a J hook with threaded top in the center back of the box to attach to the stock rack on my outlander max, this made it way more sturdy. As others have reviewed the latches that close and lock the trunk are not very good. I did a trail ride and the latches opened and the lid flew off from the vibration. We found it and reattached it easily. After that locked the latches shut but the same thing happened. Lesson learned that on rough trails the latches fail. The solution was to put a lock on them and to put a bungee or tie down over the top of the trunk and hooked to the rack, after doin g this not more off-road problems.I did not like having to buy the locking quick release system separately but that is the way it is sold so oh well. The trunk has been sturdy and has stood up to rough trail riding in the back country at speed.I would buy it again.Fit perfectly on my Outlander Max with 2 up seating.
