This product has softened my hair and given it back body and life. Have used it for about 2 years. Changed earlier this year but quickly came back to this product.

My hairdresser first used this on my hair then I ordered it. I was a little concerned that it wouldn’t be the same product because of other reviews. The conditioner is watery as another lady said. I put it on then rinsed with cool water. My hair is so clean and soft this morning. So basically it does feel different but better. I love the scent. It’s subtle and my husband likes it too. I’m 55 years old and my hair looks much younger 😁

I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for about ten years. Previously, my hair was beginning to feel dry and course. This shampoo and conditioner helped my hair to look shiny and younger looking. Every so often I'll try another brand, but always return to Schwarzkopf BC Bonacure Q10 Plus TIME RESTORE. At the young age of 72, I still receive compliments on the softness and shine of my hair.

I've always liked this product. Just wish the shampoo and conditioner could be purchased separately. I don't use the conditioner as often. The shampoo makes my hair very soft.

This shampoo makes my hair very fly-away, very electrical, like it has a life of it's own and not in a good way. I could not get the static out after shampooing. This shampoo reminds me of a clarifier shampoo, not great for aging gray hair as advertised. Also, it came broken (the package) and shampoo was all over the inside of the plastic envelope, what a mess for me to clean up. I want to return it but how? A lot of work for a return. The comb I was promised is missing, too, so just know that if you but it.

This is NOT the same product you buy in local department stores. This is the salon brand and I've used it for over a decade. Initially, I was making my purchases from a salon in the UK but then moved back home to the US where I can't find it anywhere. I was reluctant to order it online (fearful it might not be authentic), but this product certainly seems to be the real deal. Makes my hair soft, manageable, and youthful looking and feeling.

shampoo and spray are amazing product quality. Its just a drop of shampoo you need to wash, very foamy and refreshing, keeps hair soft. Spray is keeping hair soft till next wash and smells good too. Continuously using it since my first try, had bought another tow already. Very happy, suits my semi dry straight hair perfectly!!
