These liitle babies are so cute! They arrived in a small box, wrapped in a white paper towel with newspaper as extra protective padding. I received 11 instead of 10 and all had attached roots, none were shriveled, and there were 6 different colors. (Lithops come in a variety of colors but not the lively, bright pastels shown on the product page - that's photoshopped hype. But I already knew that so I am not disappointed.)As instructed on the product page, I immediately planted them in dry succulent potting soil to which I added a wee bit of sand and perlite. In a few days I'll bottom water them and then continue to monitor their growth (very sl-o-o-o-o-w; 2-3+ years to reach maturity!). Once they double in size I'll transplant into a more "scenic" bowl shaped planter arrangement.I'm eager to see how many survive my somewhat brown thumb. 😀 These little cuties can actually live 20 to 50 years! I guess I should include them in my will.And these arrived 4 days early!

There were some cool plants, but a number of them were dead already. They were all very dry and really needed water very badly.
