Why did you pick this product vs others?:Perfect for so many projects! I have burned, dyed, resin, used transfers, paint markers and decoupaged these. They are great for not only making coasters, but also ornaments or gift toppers.

Very nice wooden coasters
The look of the coasters are smooth. The texture is really nice. The size is very spot on. The quality seems good I will use them for painting coasters to sell. Very easy to paint on. The function is wonderful. The felt pads are heavy duty.

Varied grains
Wood grain is a little erratic so makes engraving on it inconsistent. If you can get over that and figure out settings that work you'll be okay. I tried the borax spray mixture and it worked really well for a more even engraving. Dots go on easy and I appreciate the 2 shapes at a good price.
