not bad, structure good for use

It didn’t come with a cd cleaner

We found a treasure trove of old family VHS tapes so we needed a player. This doesn't have a tracking adjustment so we're unable to fix problems when we hit a tape that needs adjustment. We get "heads need cleaning" error message often. Because we dont have a head cleaning cassette, we just fast forward those portions of tape until the message goes away.

The VCR never worked and it damaged a VHS tape. I am in the process of getting a refund to my credit card account by the seller. Remix LLC and I have had a difficult time contacting each other to get this straightened out, but it looks like the issue will be resolved. I am disappointed that Amazon's Customer Service misinformed me that the seller had taken down my initial review. Sellers can not take down their own reviews. It turned out that I just couldn't find the review and apparently neither could the Amazon Customer Service Rep.

I was a little concerned about buying a used machine but was very pleased with the condition and operations of the machine. Thank you

I was a bit worried about ordering this product after reading some bad reviews but it seems to be a good product. I received the product very fast. Has been working good until now, product came in good conditions. Also received the control remote. It didn't have much protection inside the shipping box (it is a pretty fragile product).

The remote when setting time for copying on a tape, the minute will not input from the numbers ie 5. You must use the up or down arrows to set the time. Not a big problem. but is inconvenient.
