Great product have used for many years with my rescue dogs

Lion's Mane seem to be one of the biggest buzzword supplements around at the moment though unlike most there might actually be clinical data to back up some of the claims. This AAVALABS supplement seems to offer a high dose of Lion's Mane as an extract but they don't break down the active ingredients within that so it's difficult to know quite what you're getting. If it's delivering active ingredient than it's a pretty good value supplement with the bottle containing 120 one-per-day capsules.The capsules themselves are moderately large but quite easy to swallow if you take them with food or drink, which is recommended. I don't get any negative reaction to these, no stomach upset or worse. This is the first time I've tried Lion's Mane so it may take a bit longer to judge the long-term effects but I did feel they were beneficial for mental alertness at first. That may have been my optimistic imagination and I'm less aware of this now, but sometime you don't notice the benefits until you stop. I'll let you know in another 90 days if they've been working, assuming I remember...

I think everyone should take lions mane supplements as a standard and I’ve tried many. All achieve the same thing really and this is a fantastic choice.
