I love that these fit the dehydrator trays nicely and allow me to make fruit leather. They have a very short rim around them which makes loading the dehydrator with trays full of puree difficult. They also seem to retain the smell of whatever was dehydrated in them, even after soaking in hot, soapy water.

This comes in a set of 5 large silicone sheets with curved edges to prevent spillage. They can hold a lot of food to be dehydrated and rolled up nicely for storage. Unfortunately, I needed to return them because my apartment in NYC is too small … I simply do not have enough space to store all 5.
