Works well and as described. Quite easy to set up by following the instructions. On delivery, I noticed the mount on one of the cameras could not be tightened. Contacted customer support who immediately sent a replacement camera. Sansco are known for their excellent customer support. Unlike a lot of other firms who should follow their example. I have no hesitation in reccommending this system.

Bought this following an "incident" involving my inbetweener teens' acquaintances.Arrived promptly, and was the best packaging I have ever had from any item, packaging was made to measure. Clearly the supplier has invested in ensuring no damage in transit.So simple to install, (bungalow) most difficult bit was getting the cable through the eaves in the ideal location for one of the cameras due to pitch of the roof. It was then a simple case of running the cables throughly the loft and down to the DVR. I have installed it in a bedroom wardrobe, and ran an Ethernet cable through the loft to my broadband box. Bought the Ethernet cable from a well known DIY store along with the cable ends. I also ordered a 1T hard drive, again easy to fit into the DVR. The ribbon cable was already in the DVR to connect to the hard drive and the hard drive came with the 4 screws to secure it inside. No special tools required, just a small cross-head screwdriver. I bought a pack of extra cables, and used them, but doubt most would need them for the standard detached house.Picture quality is spot on both in day and night, but don't put it to close to any external security lighting as this will reduce quality in darkness. DVR was simple to set up, just plug it all in as per the easy set up details (provided) and all came on the TV when I selected the HDMI mode. I have just used an old 19" flat screen tv which is about 8 years old, and was about to donate to charity. I keep the TV off as it is in a cupboard, but is there just in case.Set up on mobile device, was again straight forward. Set up instructions easy to follow.Can't comment on durability, but everything seems pretty robust. The cameras have a bit of weight to them considering there size.Point of note; I ran the cable FROM the camera, TO the DVR, but the cable reel is wound for running DVR to camera. So be careful not to make a "snakes wedding" if requiring to unravel especially in a cramped loft space.I only bought 2 cameras, thus have 2 of the 4 channels still available, but not for much longer. Will be getting another 2 from SANSCO very soon.

Bought this product for my home as I have been experiencing acts of vandalism to my car. Two days after purchase the item was at my door! Amazingly fast delivery. The item was very well packaged. Extremely easy to set up and I had it all working in ten minutes ( not fixed to the property at this point) I connected it to my TV via hdmi and the quality is very good. Connected the Ethernet, zapped the code with my iPhone and followed the simple instructions and I have my cctv on my phone! Couldn't be easier! I connected the mouse that comes with it to the front USB port and I'm able to access the menu and all the setting on my TV. I have a 55" Sony and the pictures are very clear. Be warned that no instructions come with this unit... However I googled it and downloaded the user manual. This unit does NOT come with a hard drive to record. I bought a SATA 1.5GB FOR £16 and fitted it in myself no problem. You will need four little screws to fix it in. Everything is inside reason to fit it. Now the fitting of the cameras... Anyone with a little diy experience will fit these in minutes as I did. The fact that I downloaded the images through my iPhone (android also) meant that I didn't have my wife shouting "up a bit down a bit left right" etc I simple looked on my phone and did it myself. There's plenty of wire that comes with it but maybe not enough for back and front of a house where chasing would be needed. I only needed the two cameras and I find it a bit frustrating that I can't have a split picture with two cameras instead of having four with two being blank. If anyone can work it out please educate me! Overall I'm very pleased with these cameras and fast delivery. I like to shop with confidence myself so I would highly recommend using this seller.

The Good;Very easy to setupplenty of cable to run the cameras anywhereCamera picture is decent for a coax feedThe Bad;Software is a bit clunkyRemote veiwing is a no gocamera build quality feels a bit cheap (but then this is a bargain kit so I'll forgive it that)I've returned mine as after 4 web browsers and 2 computers and a mobile I was unable to veiw the remote feeds on this. I work in IT for a job and followed the setup to the letter. The issue being that the remote view seems incompatible with newer web browser. If you dont need the remote veiw on a PC or mobile then this is probably perfect for you. For me it was a key feature it said it had, and it does... it just doesnt work..I've opted for IP cameras and a mini pc running iSpy instead which works perfectly.

QR codes don't work and can't get access to online app.

so I looked a quite a few different CCTV and landed on this which had a lot of good reviews and the price seemed really reasonable! It is fairly difficult to set up and it doesn’t come with any really instructions (it come with a two page pamphlet that’s it ! Once set up it is good!! So it does have a cheap feel to and you do notice it when your using it but I don’t really care ! Overall I think it’s great product well worth the money! Picture quality is very good a lot better then what I expected!!
