The set contains different lengths and widths of "pelvic exercisers." The silicone is solid and slightly bendable. Very comfortable.

I'm torn with how many stars to give. I am in need of pelvic floor strengthening after having 2 kids. I didn't know how this set was supposed to help but was hopeful and willing to find out. The title says it's a "Silicone Pelvic Floor Muscle Exerciser Trainer Set...Pelvic Floor Strengthening Device" but when it arrived the instructions say what it really is, a dilation set for post-op transgender women or cisgender women with issues related to too much tightness. These will not help me after having a nearly 9lb baby already dilate that area, leading to my issues. I feel like, if marketed correctly, this would be a 5 star product.
