Successful on my first batch.
This is the first time I've made any "yogurt" style probiotic and it came out really nice with this strain. It tastes like a mild cream cheese. I was following Dr William Davis' 36 hour fermentation as closely as I could with what I had.It's too early to say if there is any noticeable health benefits as I've just started eating it.I've knocked 1 star off because I do think the cost is a little excessive for these single strains.

it works quickly and I like it. To learn all about it research Dr William Davis and L reuteri yogurt. You will be amazed. So good I bought one of his books for more info. There are too many benefits to write here but please investiagate if you dont know much about it. Prepare to be amazed when you try it
