Just as advertised
Just needed an upgraded phone and these are perfect (ordered 2). Price was good and shipping time was less than was estimated.No problems setting up and the sim transfer to my old carrier was perfect - no issues.Overall I am very pleased with these phones

Mal servicio, celular sucio en muy malas condiciones.
The media could not be loaded. Muy mal servicio, este celular me llegó todo sucio por las áreas que tiene las aberturas pareciera como si no se revisó antes de enviar, el celular está sucio bien sucio. Para nada satisfecha, esto era para un regalo.

Great phone, amazing cameras, like new.
The phone itself looked brand new even though it was renewed. It came with a USB-C charging cord and adapter, the cord itself had an issue and did not want to work properly so I had to use another cord. The info given about the phone said it would come with atleast 80% charge, but the device was only at 38%. It took a while of using it to get everything setup and transferred over from my old phone and as I did this I noticed the phone was getting very hot. I hope it will not have an overheating issue but only time will tell. The camera is amazing, the 50mp rear camera is 1 of the biggest reasons I wanted this device. The front facing 13mp camera is also very clear and ideal to you. The sound with headphones or the phone's speaker itself is better than any previous device I've had. It has a lot of options to make the usage of it custom. Overall I give this renew device a 4, the only reason it's not a 5 is my fear of the overheating issue.

Good quality 2024 phone
I bought this a few months ago for my girlfriend because she likes these type of phones. I am an iPhone guy, but I really like that phone. I think I’m going to buy one for myself as a back up. I really like how it holds a lot of storage without telling you that you’re running out of storage even though you have it, I like how big it is for movies and calls. It holds charge all day and I appreciate that

Said it was universal but didn't work with MetroPCS I never could get it to to use the MetroPCS SIMs card and then it took forever to get my money back from Amazon
