It's running smoothly
This is the first time taking a chance. With this computer, especially the up and down on the comments. But i'm assuming it's because christmas and probably there was a rush of order, so nothing is perfect. In overall, the computer is a baseline.Good start. However, upgrading, maybe the CPU or the video card. Definitely, will make the gaming more experience higher grade, butt at the level It is even star citizen is running smoothly.. so I'm 100% satisfied 😌

The customer service is not satisfactory.
I received this computer everything works as it should except the keyboard does not light up as it should, I contacted customer support and their only resolution was to pack the whole thing up and send it back. They would not just replace the keyboard. As a manager in customer service this resolution is unsatisfactory to me.

Great computer have some issues with freezing and the USB for WiFi stopping where I have to keep unplugging it and plugging it back in

Affordable PC with good hardware
This pc is just what I needed. Fast boot up and fast internet. Replaces my 15 year old pc running windows 7. Haven't used it for gaming yet but Happy with it. Colors are joyful to look at.

Worked great until one day...
this computer was great for my son but lasted not even a year. One day it just wouldn't power up. Tried everything under the sun. So annoyed since it cost a bit of money as a Christmas gift. Now it is worthless. I wished that product support lasted for a life time just to help with your needs but mine expired conveniently months ago when I didn't need them. I would be very cautious on this product, especially if you don't want a kid disappointed and your bank account flat.

It’s Okay
It’s a decent starting PC for the money I guess. It does have audio and connectivity issues. When I have a controller connected to it, it randomly just disconnects. And the audio with Bluetooth headphones is constantly cutting out for no reason. And it’s not a headphone issue because they work fine with no issues when connected to a phone. And for some reason it can’t make updates to fix said issues. So idk. I would’ve kept my money and just invested in a better PC. One you can actually upgrade and update. Lol.
