So far so good. Only had these a few weeks, but compared to previous necklaced headphones I've had in the past definitely a higher quality, not only audio quality but also noise cancelling quality. I also find the Bluetooth range is much larger with these headphones, before if I left my phone in one part of my 1 bedroom apartment it would start to get static sounding if I went near the other end. Now there's NO DROP IN QUALITY OR CONNECTION AT ALL!!! Battery life is great too, don't need to charge it every day maybe only every other day even with heavy use. They earpieces fit comfortably and don't fall out surprisingly? I didn't think I'd like the design of the solid necklace part, but it's actually very flexible and comfortable to wear!But I will come back and update this review in time. All my previous headphones eventually one earbud dies. Sometimes that is years and sometimes that is months. Hopefully this lasts a long time, but we'll see...

Wish that it connected to two devices at the same time. Otherwise it is great.

Comfortable to wear, do not hurt my ears like so many others. They are lightweight on my neck but not so light that they fly off when I move. Easy on and off, quick charging, one charge lasts more than a day, sound quality good. They always stay connected. I will say I am on my 3rd or 4th pair in 5 years but I love them so much I usually keep a back up on hand in case I forget to charge mine because I do not ever take these off my neck. I wear them at work to make and answer calls, at home to listen to music and podcasts, falling asleep to listen to calming music. So, it’s easy for me to forget to charge them, even if I do I plug them in for 20 mins or less and I’ll get the rest of the day out of that charge. I’ve also purchased for my colleagues and friends bc I love them.

Great sound quality and excellent bass but they broke

Had the anker life U2's, and a few other anker headsets over the years, these are so much worse. They do not stay around your neck. The part around your neck is much softer, shorter, and very flexible. The controls are much harder feel. The length of wire going to the ear buds is too long leaving them to get snagged frequently. They block a lot less outside noise. Instead of having separate phone and headset volume control its combined. Sound quality, generic build, battery life, ect is on par with ankers usual good quality.

I have been buying these headphones for years at a big box store. I looked on Amazon because the store no longer had them. The quality and the duration I can wear them are important to me. I can listen for hours and hours without the battery life wearing down too much

Edit , as of about January 2nd of this year those headphones turned off and never came on again and since I bought them as renewed the warranty is already over. Don't Buy Renewed!!!! It's too much of a Gamble!I can only find two small things about these that I don't like. One is the chords on the buds are about 3 in too long and hang all the way down to my stomach. The other one would be the absolute volume on them is not quite as high as the previous headphones that were almost identical to them. I guess that's why they're $25 less. Overall they're not bad at all. The earbuds stay in your ears very well. The neck band is super light and flexible. And the battery will last you a full day non-stop.
