Perfect fit for my cycling shoes. I have bought these before.

These cleats were installed onto my fizik omna shoes. A bit of tweaking after a few rides and they work flawlessly.

Unlike the cheaper knockoffs, these engage and disengage smooth as silk!

I’ve bout these “delta” cleats on Amazon in the past, not realizing they were not genuine Shimano cleats. While they work, they fit the pedal, they do not last. I find that the plastic of the genuine Shimano cleats where the black meets the yellow corners are bonded/cast with greater strength and last. My previous knockoffs have shown that this is the weak point with the yellow portions breaking away over time. For me it is worth the few extra dollars to get more use out of the cleat before having to install and adjust the positioning of a new cleat again.

Don’t try and save a few bucks by purchasing the knockoffs - I tried them, but they did not click in well. Buy these and avoid the hassle or potential safety issues with other cleats that don’t fit the pedal very well.

You want an SPD SL cleat? This is it. This is the middle option, probably the one you want unless you specifically know you want something else. They'll wear out eventually, just install and torque them right, don't forget a tiny bit of lube on the screws, then you remove them and replace when they wear out. Replace the cleats proactively before you have issues.
