I have a part time courier job. When driving the constant pressing on the brake pedal caused me pain by the end of my shift. I tried a pair of hiking shoes with a metal shank and that fixed the problem but as you can imagine they are a bit clunky to drive with and with the constant in and out of the car. I thought these were a bit pricey but they did the trick. They are very thin and fit under the insole in most of my shoes. Highly recommend for any other couriers with pedal foot pain.

This was my first time ordering carbon fiber insoles, so I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I needed some extra support as I had been struggling with turf toe on my left foot. After wearing these in my shoes for a couple days, I’ve definitely noticed improvement. However, they are super uncomfortable. I’m not sure if they are supposed be like that or not. I’m not sure if these are meant to be worn only short-term for therapeutic purposes, or if people actually wear these long-term. I don’t know that I’d be able to get used to wearing them long-term. The rigidity restricts the movement of my feet (as it’s supposed to) to the point that my gait is significantly impacted and my shins/calves/knees hurt. So I think I’ll try to wear them for a week or so and hope for the best.

This worked great as a shoe insert when I broke my fifth metatarsal. It made my shoe stiff so it didn’t hurt when I walked

I purchased these for my arthritis big toes. Works as advertised. Would purchase again if needed.

The overall shape isn’t great for the width or length of the shoe, and the next size up would probably ruin the shoe by cutting into the sides trying to stuff it in there—while still being too narrow.However, it still “works” by helping to reduce the strain from impact when you’re landing on your toes (as you should). They’re okay for basketball, which is what I purchased them for. And there is a noticeable increase to the bounce/spring in your step. And once you’ve said goodbye to your 30’s, but you’re still playing against guys in their 20’s… every little bit of extra bounce is appreciated!In order for them to be ideal for basketball, they’d need to fit more accurately so they don’t slip around in there. The little sticky tabs work for a few games, and while a good glue (gorilla non-expanding) lasts longer… it’s not great for the shoe itself!I’d say these are better suited for less intense exercise like jogging.Anything that requires hard and quick movements in all directions is a bit much for these particular inserts.

I get the concept of this product, but it does nothing for me. Imagine putting a piece of metal in your shoes. That's exactly what this is, and it feels just as you would imagine. I'm sure someone would benefit from this, but that person is not me.
