Great Value and work perfectly!
I have a habit of misplacing things and though I know there are 2 utility knives (I still call them sheet rock knives - my dad was a carpenter) somewhere in the house, for the life of me, I can't find either one. So I ordered these. They were inexpensive and had pretty good reviews. I was very pleasantly surprised. These work just as well as my dad's old sheet rock knives, which if I ever find again, are over 50 years old. These retract fully into the housing and extend with clicks to each preset point until fully extended. They are comfortable to hold, easy to use, and weigh a whole lot less than those missing knives. I love that these come with 10 replacement blades as well! I do get the dropsies at times and have needed to replace blades before they dull simply because the tips do break off when you drop the knife on a cement garage floor, or the kitchen tile floor, or the office tile floor. Yeah, my dad used to call me clumsy and forgetful quite often when I was growing up - I miss him every day. I do hope I find at least one of those old knives because you can't have enough sheet rock knives around and, well, they were my dad's tools.

Good Quality For A Good Price
Seems like I'm not the only one who loses things. I keep one of these in my jacket pocket so have it whenever I need it. Use it to cut open Amazon boxes, cut the twine on bales of hay, whatever. It stays sharp and it's easy to open. I'd buy it again, which I've done since I lost the others.

Good value
I purchased a dozen of these for use by students in a class. They are reasonably sturdy and at a very good price, especially including the spare blades. It is lightly constructed but perfectly adequate for household chores, opening boxes, etc. The blade retraction works fine and has the typical three blade positions. I would probably not want to cut carpet with it all day every day as it might not stand up to that kind of tradesman use over time. If I wanted something sturdier, I would need to be willing to spend more.My only complaint: typically the handle of this kind of knife is used to hold spare blades. These will do that in the back half of the handle, but it requires a lot of fussing to get them in exactly the right spot and get the two halves fully mated. Small changes in the casting would have made this much easier, and this seems like a design oversight. Still, I would buy them again for occasional and household use.

Very useful
I love these box knives. They are very sharp. Now I have a good way to dispose of pizza boxes, open stubborn taped boxes and just recycle cardboard.

Great to have so many in house
Cool to have all over the house: bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, garage, junk drawer. Save lots of time not having to search the only one in the house,

Strong casing and a good value!
I try to keep a utility knife in each tool kit and car. These are nice and strong (metal casing) and a great value. They came with extra blades in a sturdy plastic case, so I anticipate having these knives around for a while. Also, I like the bright colors, so they are easier to relocate when working on projects...now, where did I put my ruler?

Does the job, but quality could be better
These box cutter works well enough and definitely gets the job done. The blades are super sharp, and for the price, I was actually surprised at how effective it is. That said, the part that holds the blades feels really cheap and a little flimsy. It makes me a bit nervous considering how sharp the blades are.The blades also shift around slightly while in use, which isn’t ideal. It hasn’t broken or anything, but I find myself being extra careful when using it just in case. For light use or basic cutting tasks, it’s fine. But if you’re looking for something more heavy-duty or long-term, I’d probably spend a little more for something sturdier.
