Good silicone mould but a bit soft and wiggly in your hands. Split an omelet when I took it out. Now I just handle it super slow and careful.

This omelette maker is fantastic, it came with instructions on how to make different omelettes with different ingredients and it works perfectly for me as I have a 700 watt microwave oven with 700 watt instructions. I bought this because I have no conventional oven but fancied omelettes and this performs so well it has transformed my eating pallet. Don't be put off by the price though, it does exactly what it says on the tin with ease and can be used by dummies, in my opinion.

Does this work? Yes, it does. Making an omelette is a simple affair. Crack a couple of eggs into a jug, whisk them together as per normal, and then pour in the maker. Pop it into the microwave, run it for a few seconds, then flip it over with the red tab, microwave again and enjoy. I certainly found it to be very easy to use. I did intially have a problem with some of the egg leaking out the hinge but the manufacturer - who actually replied unlike some sellers - explained I might need to adjust the cooking times which I did. Hey presto, problem solved.So why do I think this merits three out of five stars? Because the omelettes look awful. I'm far from a food snob - I'd rather have larger portions than tiny well presented portions - but everyone who saw this agreed. One even compared the look of the omelette to a shammy cloth. Even with plenty of vegetables added to the mix, the omlettes I created with this had a very dry and unappetizing look. If you're just looking to use this for a quick tasty snack for yourself, then by all means go ahead. But if you're looking to serve this up to someone else, I'd recommend you stick with a frying pan.

Really like this product. Easy and quick to use. Cheese omelette - In a jug beat two eggs well, add two tablespoons of milk, pour into the smaller half of the omelette maker, add seasoning and grated cheese. Close the lid and in my microwave, 900 w, cook for 2 minutes, turn container over and cook for 30 seconds. Recipe leaflet included. Easy to clean, dishwasher safe and guaranteed 10 years! Make sure you pour the mixture into the smaller compartment. One to buy.

Initially thought good buy. After 2 weeks thrown into bin. Excellent for making omelettes but the omelettes started to have a weird taste and realised they had started smelling the same as the omelette maker

I was a bit dubious about getting a silicone omelette make, but it has proved to be so useful. Extremely well made by LeKue. I found the online videos on LeKue items on Amazon very good and helpful. There are many different recipes and demonstrations of the item being used with catchy music. The silicone is platinum silicone the very top quality for food cooking so that reassured me.it is very useful and easy to use and takes only minutes in the microwave. You just turn it over as demonstrated so both sides get cooked. you can also add different ingredients of your choice to the eggs.A good purchase, and can recommend.
