Not off to a good start, arrived well packaged but wouldn't power the drill (Bosch) it showed one light on the tool otherwise dead. Maybe it needs a charge thinks I, so I plugged it into the charger (Bosch) and left it for a few hours. On my return I saw the charger was showing full charge so I again tried it in the drill. Low and behold three lights showing.......and still dead! I was on the verge of packaging it up and sending it back but being a confirmed bodger I checked the control contacts "T, C1 & C2" and adjusted them away from the battery body then retried the drill. This time the drill worked so I inserted and removed the battery a few times to be sure, the contacts required more tweaking to make a reliable contact. I know it wasn't Bosch price but I thought it would work out of the box! I didn't expect miracles and I didn't get one, most people would have returned it after the first try so I can't recommend this battery bargain because I don't know how long it will last!Update! After being contacted off the back of my review I've upped the star rating by one and I'll be happy to change that if the battery proves itself better than the first impression.Update 2. I have been supplied with a replacement battery after some excellent customer service which worked out of the box and the original battery with the "modified control contacts" has had a good test that showed it to be at least as good as a Bosch 2.5ah. In view of these results and the first class customer service from Mia I'm upping my review to the full five stars.Another update:- I've recently purchased a Bosch professional GWS12-76(mini angle grinder) and both of the batteries failed to power it????😞 Still working in the drill, impact driver, jigsaw and rotary multi tool though 😀.

Jury's out at the moment. It most certainly isn't a Bosch battery. This isn't made clear. But at the price, who would expect it to be. Never mind, all copy batteries are made in the same factory as the genuine ones. Eh, no they're not. Yes it looks like a genuine battery but it doesn't fit like one and that's why the jury's out. If the manufacturer can't be bothered making it fit correctly, what else can't they be bothered doing. Maybe I'm wrong and the electronics will last, but then again, maybe they won't.

Fits bosch 10.8v drill and multi cutter very well and doesn't come loose. AS good as the genuine bosch batteries at a fraction of the price. Will buy more.

It arrived faulty and would not charge, I intended to send it back but no carriers will accept a lithium battery on its own, it has to be fitted to its tool so if you receive a faulty one you stuck with it.A waste of money.
