Good mix of vegetables
Lots of onions in this mix. It is well dehydrated and rehydrate easily.

These veggies are a great choice for pretty much anything you're cooking.
I love the ramen noodles in a cup but can't have all that sodium, so I decided to make my own. These dried veggies were part of that plan, and I'm glad I found them. I use them in my ramen soups, as well as other soups, stews, chowders, even in my meatloaf! The flavor is good, but occasionally I find a fragment that didn't cook soft. No biggie. They're easy to use and store (I put a scoop from an old iced tea mix container in the bag for scooping), and it's easy to add them to almost anything. Yeah, I would buy them again.

Tastes terrible!
I bought this to add to ramen noodles. The vegetables are very small after rehydrating and it turned my ramen noodles a dark color. Taste was similar to what dried grass or hay smells like. I did not like this and will not buy it again. I will stick to frozen, canned or fresh vegetables.

Very finely chopped texture
For the most part, the veggies in this mix are unidentifiable as to what they actually are, so if you're looking for chunky veggies, this mix is not for you. The carrots are about the only exception to the finely chopped aspect of this mix. The mix cooks up fine, although you need to cook them long enough to throughly hydrate the carrot chunks. They taste as good as a dried product can. I think they would be most appealing in a pureed soup.

Don't expect to sprinkle these veggie chunks on your Ramen and wolf it down.
I was looking for some dehydrated vegetable chips to spice up my Ramen noodles, but this wasn't as useful as I thought it might be. You get a huge bag of dehydrated vegetable chips. But you can't just sprinkle them on your pasta. You need to rehydrate them first, boiling in water for ten minutes or longer. That takes away the concept of quick and easy. Don't think you can cheat and just chew them dry or half cooked.I assume that these dehydrated veggie chips will last for many years in the bag, retaining their nutrients indefinitely. The price is very reasonable for a large size bag. And If live in Talkeetna or Nome where fresh veggies are scarce and expensive most of the year, you might find it helpful to have some veggie chips on hand. Dump several cups in a pot and slow boil to start a soup or stew. However, we have fresh vegetables here all year around, and I'd prefer to chop up what I want as needed. If the dehydrated vegetable chunks were ground a bit smaller, more like coarse pepper, I might change my mind. Meanwhile I'm still looking for something for my Ramen that's a step up from the pasty junk in the little foil packet.

Many uses with a long shelf life
Easy to use. A great addition to homemade soup and casseroles. Good price. The bag will last for months. If unopened it is supposed to last for 25 years

Tasty and handy
Very good taste, take quite a long time to fully rehydrate but worth the wait. Great for thickening and flavoring vegetable soups and stews, and perfect for ramen
