This product was so easy to setup, I couldn’t believe it! I sit downstairs and send documents from my phone upstairs and everything is ready! I had such a nightmare with my HP printer that I went without for a few years. Buy this printer! It’s amazing! The print quality is great too! I use it for pictures. I love the ease of the LCD screen and it shows me everything on my phone as well.

After suffering through a couple of HP printers, the last one I had was the final straw.. On a recommendation from a couple of friends I bought this Brother unit. I wish the screen was about 4 times its size, and it doesn't like printing a single bank check unless it's sitting on top of other printer paper. However, overall this is a big improvement over the HP stuff so far.. I also really like the automatic updates re: software..

Returned defective item and denied my refund claiming it was the wrong item in box that was a lie. I was told several reason why which were all made up now I’m fighting to get my return..

I use it for home office when I work remotely.

I use it to run my home based biz and edit my creative writing consistently!Effeciency is key and I have it here! Grateful and happy, easy for a creative senior to navigate too!

Love brother printers, usually. Had one last over 10 years. This one has really small ink and burns through them. Don't recommend.

I had no problems with installing it and it works just fine!
