Great tv! Great price, easy to set up. Color is vibrant with settings to change to your liking. Was simple to connect to Wi-Fi. I stream everything and it never lags. Plus, it includes a lot of free movies/shows/games.

Tv good, Customer Service not so much.
TL:DR Worth the price, even with customer service issues.We've ordered a couple of these and they fit our needs. There was a slip in the box that said to call them first if we have an issue rather than contacting Amazon. So when I ran into a problem with one of the TVs, I called to open a ticket. No help over the phone, just said a ticket would be opened and the concern addressed. The claim was denied and the ticket closed. No follow up options either. Amazon however took care of it immediately. Other than that the TVs have been great.

Wasn't hard to set up. Having a previous Roku account helps. Picture is really nice. Set it on smart setting. Sound is kinda boxed, but not bad. Not sure if it is just because I am used to my other TV I replaced. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. No scratches, blemishes or cracks. I am happy happy! Thank you Westinghouse.

Didn’t last long !
I have only had this TV 8 months. Turned it on TV and screen is cracked inside. I am disgusted. What a waste of money !
